Rates and Insurance

I do not directly accept insurance and am an out of network provider. Upon request, I can provide you a statement or a superbill you can submit yourself to your insurance company. I believe that today's insurance system impedes quality of patient care.  Due to decrease in reimbursement rates and increase in paper work, therapists are forced to cut treatment times, juggle multiple patients at once and/or pass off patients to physical therapy aides. Insurance companies also often dictate what treatments the clinician can and cannot perform. This practice often leads to slower recovery times and more treatment sessions. My goal is to spend ample dedicated one-on-one time with each patient and be available by phone in between sessions to make sure that there are no unanswered questions and the home exercise program is working. I provide the kind of comprehensive treatment I feel will minimize therapy sessions and get you back to your active lifestyle as quickly as possible.

Cost: $250 for an initial evaluation (75-90 min) and $175 for a follow up session (50-60 min). Payment for treatment is due at time of visit in a form of cash, check or credit card. You are also able to use your HSA and FSA accounts.

Cancellations and No Shows

A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling an appointment.  Missed appointments or cancelations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a full office visit charge.  Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the therapist.
